NEWSBOYS, the mega Australian Christian rock and pop band for decades, has been pumpong
out hit after hit since 1983.
They have a truckload of Grammy nominations and Dove and Billboard awards and great songs
like Shine, Wherever We Go, He Reigns, Blessed Be Your Name, Your Love Is Better Than Life
and the 2009 Hands of God.
Peter Furler has been doing part-time and then full-time leads and superb songwriting
since Newsboys beginning.
In March, 2009, DC Talk's Michael Tait took over as the new lead singer on tours
with Peter occasionally fronting the band, continuing songwriting and producing Newsboys
CDs.
